John daly is playing in The Open this week, and as of the end of the first round is doing quite well. Seems John has lost some weight but none of his desire to bring some shock value to the PGA Tour. Yes. John Daly has lots of class...it's all LOW, but he does have lots of it!
It's one thing to wear clothes from his "Loudmouth" collection while playing out on the course, but did he have to portray the Ugly American in the former winners photo?

Avoid The Muskrat
The Spring in Kentuckiana has a tendency to be wet. Playing in wet conditions brings a whole new set of challenges to a golfer. The first acocmmodation to wet conditions should be a switch from Driver to 3 Wood off the Tee. The flight distances are similar but the Driver is designed to get more roll when the ball hits the fairway initially. In wet conditions, you don't get that roll and can plug your ball, so the 3 Wood is a better choice. On the fairway, you should also make some changes.Read more
